Silver and Blue: is a collection of choreography music for Machina Candeo Fire Performance
Company. The album was completely composed, produced and performed by Ty Cy-Phy
(the company’s creative director).
The music is as dramatic and diverse as Machina Candeo’s live shows. Fire and Dance
are the themes of both the live performances and the recording of Silver and Blue.
From lush ambiences, beautiful soundscapes, funky beats and mechanically jarring
music; an incredibly original recording was created.
The recording is a mixture of live instruments blended with technology. Musically
each song is different. Persian, Asian, jazz, rock, African, techno and industrial
influences are present through ought the 17 music tracks. The album is divided into
two movements Silver(more uplifting music with a hint of darkness) and Blue( darker
music with hints of beauty).
Ty Cy-Phy: is a Los Angeles based musician, producer, recording engineer and ,of
course, an accomplished fire performer. Trained in classical music(and classical
guitar) Ty Cy-Phy has been performing in progressive rock, pop, techno, gotha-billy
and art rock bands since he picked up a guitar at age 12. He also has worked on
several soundtrack multimedia projects for some independent movies, technology companies
